. . . hi . . .

Not much to report here in Canada at the moment. Helen has arrive safe and smell . . .I mean well!!! . . . after a 3 day bus trip from Niagra Falls. I think I have around 6 weeks left in Edmonton before I head back via the Rockies to Vancouver for a few days and then on to Fiji.

I've been working alot, been out to the cinema, to a BBQ and to watch Nadine sing a song on an open mike night, and thats it really. Kursten has joined the Running Room to train for a 10k run so we went along with her too for a 6K jog. It was veeery slow so kinda strange but we're all gonna stick with it so that by the time Fiji comes around we'll be looking great!!!

I'm also debating how to spend my discount in Sport Chek before I leave :-) possibly a new jacket as I already used 50% discount on the most expensive trainers I could find. Gotta make it worth my while some how!!!

Pay day on Wednesday so we'll see how much I'm left with.
