I feel like a dinosaur . . . .

. . . . the average age of my current work colleagues is 17 and it maked me feel old!!! I'm not really sure what I expected from this trip. People go away to 'find themselves' but I know who I am, I just didn't expect to end up feeling old!!! I realise that I've changed alot since I've moved away from home, and in some parts really for the better as I had to mature and look after myself, but I'm realising now too that I'm not as young as I thought and felt!!! Not that I'm complaining as its just part of maturing and hopefully I still have many, many good years ahead.

I also realise that I really don't know a lot about our history and culture and of my family's history. People over here love that stuff as Canada is a young country. We have years of history that I've never appreciated before. When I get back I'm going to research some stuff and definitely take a trip to Poland at some point to see where one of my Grandad's is from.

I think I'm gonna return as a much older and wiser Caz . . . . . . . who stills goes out and parties though!!
