My first . . . Ice Hockey game

Well, I finally managed to get to an Oilers game on Wednesday after a mad dash from work, and had such a good time!!! They were playing Vancouver and managed to kick some butt!!!

Helen came with us and we took some cheesy shots of the ice and us there etc. Just need to make sure I get copies of Helen's pictures. The people around us were excited that 2 Brits were at their first (and probably only) hockey game so were asking loads of questions and trying to explain it all to us, we still both don't have a clue though. The atmosphere was really good, and it was definitely a good experience. We headed off to a bar afterwards and got ever so slightly drunk so yesterday was a bit of a right off but nevermind.
